Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed upon. We believe in building long-term relationships through value, communication, and results.

 Bookkeeping Questions 

We can help set up and walk you through everything you need to know. 


We primarily work with QuickBooks Online but may support other systems depending on your business needs and current setup.


If you are new to bookkeeping software, we can help recommend and set up the best solution for your business.


No. We will review your current bookkeeping situation during onboarding and determine whether cleanup or catch-up services are needed before ongoing monthly services begin.


Cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping services are quoted separately and are not included in monthly packages unless otherwise agreed upon.


Most bookkeeping services are completed on a monthly basis after all requested documents and statements are received from the client.


Timelines may vary depending on responsiveness, transaction volume, and the condition of existing records.

Absolutely. We believe in transparency and client education. You will have access to your financial reports, bookkeeping records, and financial insights based on your package level.


We do not file taxes, but we collaborate with trusted CPAs and can provide all your financial reports to make tax season easy. 


Yes, payroll services are available as an add-on service for businesses needing employee payroll support, payroll tax filing assistance, and payroll organization.


Payroll pricing varies based on the number of employees and business needs.


 Billing & Pricing 

The Infrastructure Development Fee is a one-time onboarding fee designed to establish the financial systems, workflows, and organizational structure needed to support your ongoing services successfully.


This fee may include:

  • Client onboarding and account setup 
  • Accounting software review and organization 
  • Chart of accounts review 
  • Workflow and process setup 
  • Client portal and communication setup 
  • Financial file assessment 
  • Reporting and system configuration 
  • Administrative and operational organization 


Infrastructure Development Fees vary by package level based on business complexity, account volume, transaction activity, and the amount of backend setup required to properly support your business.


As your business grows, your bookkeeping and operational needs may change. We may recommend upgrading your package based on account volume, transaction activity, complexity, or support needs to ensure you continue receiving the best level of service. 


No. Virtual assistant support hours reset monthly and do not roll over to future months unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


Additional support hours may be available at an hourly rate.


 Client Expectations & Support 

To ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely reporting, clients are responsible for providing all requested documents and information, including:


  • Bank and credit card statements 
  • Receipts and expense documentation 
  • Loan or financing information 
  • Payroll reports (if applicable) 
  • Vendor/payment information 
  • Access to financial platforms as needed 


Timely communication helps us maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.


Monthly strategy and review calls are included in select packages to help keep your business finances organized and aligned with your goals.


While meetings are encouraged, we understand business owners have busy schedules and can accommodate communication preferences when possible.
